Orders placed via website

All orders placed on our website, www.BatteryOnTheGo.com, will ship within two weeks after the order has been place and payment has been processed.  You will be notified during checkout if any of your items are backordered and those items will ship at a later date.  You will receive an email when your preordered or backordered item has shipped.



When completing an online transaction we have the customer verify their billing address and shipping address for many reasons but most importantly we are protecting our customers from fraud as well as expediting the shipping process to make it as efficient as possible.   It is critical that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.  Additional fees may apply for any address changes after the package has shipped and is en route to the final destination.   It is also very important to provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached when placing an order online.  In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, please contact shipping@BatteryOnTheGo.com to make arrangements for reshipment.



We’re sorry but at this time we aren’t accepting international orders.  Please continue to check our site in the future, as we will be expanding into many countries all over the world.



All items purchased on the website will ship via USPS Priority and will arrive 2-3 business days after shipment. 


APO/FPO/DPO Mailboxes

Due to current USPS rules and regulations, we are unable to ship any battery products to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.  Please contact support@BatteryOnTheGo.com or visit our website for a list of local retailers in your area.
